1. Who is the controller
Vigiles is the controller of the personal data collected by this website. To talk about privacy, write to the email shown at the end of this page.
2. What data we collect
We only collect what you enter in the website forms: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company, job title, type of environment, approximate number of units, message and, in the investor form, fund or organization. The form provider may record technical data about the submission, such as IP address and date and time.
3. What we use it for
We use this data to reply to your contact, schedule and run demos, and send the pitch deck to those who requested it. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), given by ticking the consent box in the form, and on preliminary procedures related to a possible contract, at your request (art. 7, V).
5. Sharing
Data submitted through the form is processed by Formspree, our form provider, and reaches the Vigiles team by email. We may share data with authorities when legally required. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
6. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain the business relationship, and we delete it when you ask or when it is no longer needed.
7. Your rights
At any time you may request confirmation of processing; access, correction or anonymization of data; portability; deletion of data processed based on consent; information about sharing; and withdraw consent (LGPD, art. 18). Just write to the email shown below.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Audience measurement, when enabled, uses a cookie-free tool and does not identify individual visitors. We only store your language preference in your browser's local storage.
9. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as a secure connection (HTTPS) and restricted access to received messages.
